Hallo,
I installed a clean windows 2016 Std. Server and after this the WSUS role. The Server has the build Version 1607 (Build 14393.693).
The installation of the WSUS role finished without error. Also the final WSUS steps sync of the catalog, select files to download runs also without errors. Now I have 15 files in line but WSUS do not start to download the files from the Microsoft site. The download status stucks at 0.0% from 3.816,61 MB.
I reinstalled WSUS, but this didn't fix the problem. I'm also wondering that ne event are within the event log. No single error in the Server event logs.
Anyone running into the same problem? I also searched hours for a solution with no success.Because I can not upload a image here are the Status details:
